Build Your Own Skin-Clearing Functional Food Recipes

Make a Smoothie With:


Fruits:

Cantaloupe, Papaya, Strawberries, Pineapple, Oranges, Kiwi, Grapefruit, Raspberries, Lemons, Limes, Avocado


Vegetables:

Sweet Potato (roasted with cinnamon and refrigerated), Spinach, Kale


Nuts/Seeds:

Sunflower Seeds/Butter, Flax Seeds/Oil, Walnuts/butter/milk,

Cashews/Butter/milk, Almonds/Butter/milk


Grains/Legumes:

Soybeans/Tofu/Soymilk



 


Make a Salad With:


Vegetables:

Romaine Lettuce, Sweet Potato (roasted), Carrots, Spinach, Kale, Swiss Chard, Winter Squash (roasted), Bell Peppers, Parsley, Asparagus (cooked or raw), Mushrooms (shiitake or crimini, cooked), Chili Peppers, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Sea Vegetables


Fruits:

Strawberries, Pineapple, Oranges, Grapefruit, Raspberries, Tomatoes, Avocado


Nuts/Seeds:

Sunflower Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Cashews, Almonds

Lentils, Garbanzo Beans, Quinoa, Soybeans/Tofu

Fennel, Thyme



 


Stir-Fry Some:

Sweet Potato, Carrots, Spinach, Kale, Mustard Greens, Collard Greens, Beet Greens, Turnip Greens, Swiss Chard, Bok Choy, Bell Peppers, Parsley, Asparagus, Mushrooms (shiitake or crimini), Chili Peppers, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Sea Vegetables

Meat/Fish:

Beef,Tuna, Shrimp, Sardines, Salmon, Cod, Turkey, Scallops


Nuts/Seeds:
